朱新瑞是新聚能科技創辦人，擔任總經理一職，致力於研究創新與知識產權管理最佳實務與整合國際產研資源，以協助企業轉型升級。
在經營新聚能科技十多年的歷程當中，率先開發出知識產權運營管理資訊系統，協助企業與專利服務業者經日常經營流程優化，用更有效率的管理所擁有的知識產權。
近年並進一步發展精實創新的方法，協助兩岸企業與研究機構負責創新與研發崗位的同仁提前掌握影響產業未來發展的重要科技及其專利競爭情報，並可以更從容的進行專利佈局，以提高專利品質與價值。
Ray Chu is General Manager of Synergytek Consultancy, an independent consulting firm providing various business services regarding intellectual property. He is also director of the Chinese Association for Cross-Strait Technical Exchanges as well as Knowledge Management (KM) consultant for Small and Medium Enterprise Administration of the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
Before establishing Synergytek, Mr. Chu served as manager of KPMG Taiwan. Earlier in his career, he was a member of the marketing and sales team in Ares International Corp.
Mr. Chu is enterprise consultant specializing in intellectual property management, patent search and analysis of emerging technologies. He has been invited to lecture at public service institutions, universities and companies including Science and Technology Department of Zhejiang province in China, SIPO in Wuhan City, China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation(CASC)、ITRI.
